One day in a large factory a critical machine, which was a very important part of the whole production unit, stopped working. The company that owned the factory was in panic as they were losing millions of dollars every minute the factory was shut down.

 

They called a series of expert mechanics who failed to get the machine working again. So, their chief mechanic knew there was only one man who could fix this problem quickly, and so he was called in. When the man arrived, he was a modest looking old man in common working-clothes carrying a small toolbox. He examined the machine for a couple of minutes and then removed a hammer from his toolbox. He struck the machine once with the hammer and suddenly the machine started working.

 

Once the work was done, the old mechanic presented the company with the bill for $2000. “This is Outrageous” they exclaimed, “$2000 for 10 minutes to hit the machine with a hammer?” The old mechanic replied “Oh, please let me itemize that bill for you” and presented the company with a new invoice:

Imagine, you are given the world’s best tool-box and only you have access to it. Obviously, it will be worth a lot. But at the same time, imagine you don’t know how to use the tools from that tool box or haven’t developed the skills to use that tool box. How useful would it be to you?

What is Coaching Mastery?

 

Coaching Mastery is a one year intensive program specifically designed to help you get a deeper understanding to be a COACH and to develop your Coaching skills to really make an impact in a way that matters.

 

During the course, you will get deeper insights into Coaching and you will learn core principles of coaching.  You will also have real-time hands-on experience in helping others as we have a place reserved for you as a COACH at all our ‘Introduction to NLP’ Programs throughout our time together.

 

By the end of the year, you will have unshakable confidence to transform others’ lives, a deeper understanding and experience to apply core principles of coaching in real life scenarios and learn some of the most powerful tools and techniques that can facilitate the process of transformation.

Things that will be covered throughout the course of the program

 

-          Training charges for all 4 days including Course materials, Lunch & Refreshments

-          Confirmed seat to all ‘Introduction to NLP Program’ for the next 12 months as a Coach.

-          Monthly 4 hours of coaching sessions for the next 12 months.

-          Invite to Imaginarium’s NLP Practice group as a coach for the next 12 months

-          Personal mentoring over the phone and 1-on-1 basis by Nishith over the period of 12 months.
